Association of Nuclear Veterans initiates, submits proposals and implements projects related to the development of nuclear energy and its sustainability as well as to the transfer of nuclear knowledge.
The following projects are currently under development at various stages:
Transfer of Nuclear Knowledge
As part of this project, activities related to the transfer of veteran experience to the generation of new kernels are being implemented. In particular, it concerns of the active participation and cooperation in conferences and events organized by international organizations (IUVNEI, IAEA or IYNC and others) as well as by the young generation of the Czech Nuclear Society and CENEN. The Association of Nuclear Veterans organized an International TNK2017 Conference in Prague. The ambition is to repeat this format and implement it at a regular (optimally annual) interval.
Prague appeal
The Prague Apeall is a document that, based on our experience, invites everyone to join interactively in a system where information and data designed to transfer knowledge to the benefit of the young generation of kernels can be obtained. The ambition is to create a sophisticated information and data platform for registered users, also serving as a communication tool.
New Nuclear Build
The project is based on a discussion platform related to the construction of a new nuclear build in the Czech Republic with the goal to keep informed the professional and general public and especially politicians, on the opinions and standpoints on progress in preparing of new nuclear build.
